The team behind the Recruiters Eye consists of five young men and one woman with their fingers on the pulse. We have all had the most amazing college experiences in the United States being part of our respective athletic programs. Now that our college days are sadly over, our professional goals and drive are rooted in and aimed at helping other athletes towards similar fantastic College memories. Read each of our stories briefly below.
My name is Andreas Trajkovski and I'm proud to have my bachelor's degree from the University of Arkansas. During my time as a Razorback, I became a four-time All-American long jumper and one-time SEC-runner up in my two consecutive seasons (2016-207). My time in college prepared me the best way possible for the professional circuit. The competition in the NCAA is as high as major championships and I knew that if I needed to prepare myself both mentally and physically, the US was the right place to be.
My name is Brittney Reese and I am proud to say that I attended the University of Mississippi known as Ole Miss where I received my Bachelors's Degree. During my time as an Ole Miss Rebel, I was the Indoor and Outdoor National Champion in the Women's Long Jump. My time in college definitely prepared me to be a competitive athlete that lead me to 2 Olympic medals, 8 World Championship medals, and an American Record. The NCAA is full of great athletes that will help push you to be a better athlete for each competition. I am proud to be apart of a company that wants to help athletes maximize their potential.
My name is Will Claye, and I had the privileged pleasure of studying at the University of Florida. During my time as a Gator, I received eight all American honors whilst winning two NCAA championship titles. My time in college prepared me in the best way possible to my professional career where I became the 3rd best triple jumper of All-time whilst winning medals at the 2012 & 2016 Olympic Games and winning gold at the World Indoor Championship in 2012 & 2018. I know how the collegiate track and field environment can help maximize an athlete's time, so I want to be a part of a company that helps athletes around the world towards such opportunities.
My name is Gustav Fink-Jensen, and I deeply enjoyed my time at San Francisco State University studying International Business. I was living and studying in SF for three years during which time I was also part of the men’s soccer team and we had the pleasure of playing for the Californian Championship all three years. Also, I, too, was acting as the captain of the team. College ultimately fulfilled my dreams and ambitions of playing abroad in a top professional setting, traveling across the states, attaining a recognized degree, all emanating into a pool of unforgettable experiences that was build and bridged on my love for soccer.
My name is Julius Buhl Beck and I spent my gap year playing for the men’s soccer program at the College of Charleston in South Carolina whilst studying Business Administration. The English school system suited me much more and consequently, I decided to pursue my bachelor’s degree in London with a term abroad in San Francisco. and graduated. I graduated in December 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in General Business. My time in College was very memorable and benefitted me in countless aspects on and off the training-ground. Because of my firsthand collegiate experience, I know what potentially awaits our future athletes of endless possibilities. It is for this reason why I am a part of the Recruiters Eye team.
My name is Marcus Nordgard, and I had the privileged pleasure of studying at Fairfield University in Connecticut. I pursued a bachelor’s degree in International Business subsequently a master’s in Business Analytics. Throughout my whole stay, I was fortunate enough to be part of the school’s Division 1 soccer team. As captain of the team, I was partially responsible for leading the team towards victory and consequently, we, as a team, ended up being ranked amongst the top of the country. My overall outstanding college experience is the very reason why I have now dedicated my professional career to helping other likeminded athletes towards College

The initial first contact is established with the athlete, where we communicate back and forth regarding the college experience and what the benefits of such a unique experience holds for the individual athlete. The Athlet e will receive information and videoes to look over in order to see if the college experience is something of interest.
The athlete sets up a meeting with the team behind Recruiters Eye. It is important for us to establish a relationship with the athlete, and the legal guardians of the athlete. This ensures that the athlete gains a better understanding of what it takes to become a collegiate student-athlete and how we can help make that dream become a reality.
At this point, the Recruiters Eye team will have a good understanding of which pool of colleges matches the athlete's personal preference. Recruiters Eye will at this point in the process spends alot of time establishing a dialogue with these specific Universities regarding the prospect of having the athlete join their program.
At this stage, Recruiters Eye will have interest from numerous Colleges, which match the athlete's personal preferences. Throughout this process, the athlete must be in daily dialogue with a team member of RecruitersEye to hear what different college opportunities have arisen. Communication is key at this point in the process
Together with the athlete's legal guardians, we will talk through the different college options Recruiters Eye has put forward. The athlete will be given the time and guidance needed to make the right decision of what the future brings and what college is lucky to welcome an athlete associated with Recruiters Eye.
Lasty, there is paperwork and legal documents needed in order to be accepted into the athletes chosen University. When that is done the athlete can lean back and look forward to the experience of a lifetime.
There are no specific academic requirements in order to attend College/University in the United States. Regardless of your academic level, our team at Recruiters Eye will be able to secure a College/University fit for you. That being said, your highschool and SAT grades will influence which College/University is the best fit for you, as all universities/colleges in the US have their own specific requirements. Moreover, both your athletic and academic profile will determine the amount of offers you will receive from Universities/Colleges. The stronger your academic and athletic profile you have, the greater the interest from universities/colleges will be
Additionally, all students from non-english speaking countries are required to take a language test (TOEFL) in order to qualify for a University/College in the United States.
Are your highschool grades below average?
If your grades from highschool are below average, you can still earn the opportunity to get into NCAA and NAIA by getting a high grade on your SAT.

If both your highschool and SAT grades are below average, Junior College will most likely be the best fit for you. As previously mentioned, regardless of your academic level, our team at Recruiters Eye are able to secure a College/University for you.
There are no specific athletic requirements in order to attend College/University in the United
States. Regardless of your athletic level, our team at Recruiters Eye are able to secure a College/University for you. That being said, both your athletic and academic profile will determine the amount of offers you will receive from Universities/Colleges. The stronger the academic and athletic profile you have, the greater the interest from universities/colleges you will receive.
The US is a large country with a big number of universities/colleges that offer incredible Track and Field programs. Accordingly, with three different levels of competition within the three collegiate federations (NCAA, NAIA and JUCO), there are a great number of affordable options for all athletes, regardless academic and athletic profile.
The cost of attending College/University in the United States depends on various factors e.g. which University/College you choose to attend. Most international students will get all their expenses covered based on their athletic or academic abilities.
Besides the service fee from Recruiters Eye, it is important to be aware of additional fees. Additional fees include the cost of SAT and TOEFL tests, as well as the costs to book a visa appointment, a student visa and flight tickets.
Your living situation will depend on the university/college you choose to attend, as all universities/colleges in the US have their own housing policy. In many cases, athletes start by living on campus and later on, they have the option to stay on campus or move to another area off campus. Moreover, it is most common to live with team-mates and other students who attend the same university, during the stay.
The answer is yes. Despite COVID-19 it is still possible to go to college in the US and we expect to send a great number of athletes to college in the US. You can read more about the most central questions we have received in regards to COVID-19 as well as answers to these questions in our journal.
As you probably already know, some universities have decided to close campuses. However, this does not mean the end of your journey to college. We are in close dialogue with our partner universities and together we are working hard to keep things going and create new ways to continue lessons and training.
It is of course difficult to predict what restrictions and changes might occur in the future due to the uncertainty of the situation. You can read more about the most central questions we have received in regards to COVID-19 as well as answers to these questions in our journal.
The SAT is a widely used College admissions test in the United States. The test is intended to evaluate students’ readiness for College and takes approximately four hours to finish.
The TOEFL is a language test for non-native English speakers and used as an entrance requirement at universities/colleges in the United States. The test is intended to assess the basic skills of reading, speaking, writing, and listening. It can be taken online and takes approximately four hours to finish.
